Single Point of Contact Partner (SPOC)
Location: Dorchester Salary: £16,444.38 Permanent, Part Time (25 hours per week)
The first suitable applicant will be appointed.

Essential Requirements:
* You will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Administration or Customer Service, or RSA Level II Typing (or equivalent), or have relevant experience.
* You will have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
* You will have experience in managing and updating a case management system or workbook, as well as in diary management, organising meetings, and taking accurate minutes.
* You will be able to produce clear and professional written communication, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and effectively administer a service.
* A flexible, supportive, and trustworthy approach to work is essential.
The Role:
The main purpose of the Paragon Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Partner is to provide full clerical, administrative, and data collection support to the SPOC team and Paragon Service. At times, you will also support the wider team with project delivery and carry out allocated tasks such as attending court, co-facilitating groups, and supporting clients to refuge accommodation as directed.
As the first point of contact for clients, professionals, and others via the SPOC phone and email, you will handle enquiries, take referral information accurately, and collate information from referrals and direct assessments. You will also manage an online case management system, inputting accurate data to support contractual and stakeholder reporting requirements.

In addition to the essential requirements outlined above, we would like the successful SPOC Partner to have a strong commitment to never condoning, or remaining silent about domestic abuse. You will remain calm in crisis situations and under pressure, effectively prioritising your workload to best meet the needs of the service. You will respond to customer needs for information promptly and professionally, always seeking excellence in everything you do. You will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth workflow of the SPOC and for allocating assessments to colleagues as required. A flexible and creative approach to work is valued, along with patience, warmth, and consideration when dealing with callers. Professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy should be demonstrated at all times.
