YOU Counselling aims to help support victims of sexual trauma, domestic abuse, and more generic life issues. It's made up for three separate services that cater to people with different needs.
PARAGON - PARAGON are a specialist team and our mission is ‘together empowering change’ for individuals, families, and our communities. We are committed to ending violence against adults and children, and do this through empowering individual and communities to change.
STAR Counselling - STAR counselling is our Sexual Trauma and Recovery Counselling team working across the South of Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. We work with people who have experienced sexual trauma. Whether this is recent or non-recent rape, sexual abuse or sexual violence/crime.
Counselling with You - Counselling with You is a Portsmouth only team offering generic counselling for adults who live, work, study or volunteer in Portsmouth PO1-PO6.
