Sessional Support Worker
Location: New Milton
Bank Contract (Sessional Contract) - Premier Crew
Rates: £14.88 - 18.30 per hour
What is Premier Crew?
We have our own in-house 'agency' of Bank Staff called Premier Crew. Premier Crew workers provide flexible, on-demand support across our Care and Support and Young Lives services, helping to cover shifts when needed.
The Role
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are able to pick up shifts at our Registered Care Home in New Milton.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This role offers the opportunity to engage in fulfilling work within the care sector, supporting clients in their daily lives and helping them achieve greater independence.
Our team provides a wide range of support services, including accompanying clients to social outings such as meals, coffee meet-ups, and occasional shopping trips. Staff also assist clients in finding employment or volunteering opportunities, accessing educational courses at local colleges, and participating in community events.
In addition, the role involves offering support with budgeting, aspects of personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About You
We are looking for someone:
Enthusiastic

Who is trustworthy and reliable
With at least 1 year experience working in a multi-room residential setting supporting vulnerable adults.
Full driving licence and access to use of a vehicle for work purposes preferred (but not essential if you are able to commit to getting to work via public transport)
