HUB Administrator
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Salary: £16,444.78pa (£26,311 FTE)
Permanent, Part Time 25hrs

Essential Requirements:
The successful Hub Administrator will have:
Experience of person-centred service delivery and enabling client involvement
Knowledge of and commitment to diversity and inclusion
Ability to and be skilled at putting others at ease and working with people in crisis
Ability to work effectively in a busy/loud environment
Ability to input correct information into a case management system
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends as part of an on-call rota
The Role:
The role of Hub Administrator is to work closely with the Hub and wider teams. You will provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service and will be the first point of contact for clients, professionals and others via the helpline or in person and will therefore need to be approachable, warm and friendly.
You will be completing assessments, responding to referrals and enquiries about the service. You will be responsible for collecting and recording information accurately to the online case management system and respond to Webchat services.
You will work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritising workload and the needs of clients, acting with integrity and treating people with dignity and respect, offering support, advice and signposting to other agencies if required.
About You:
Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent to NVQ level 4 or equivalent work level experience
Lived, worked or volunteering experience of supporting women, men and children who have been subject to domestic violence and abuse
Experience of effective multi-agency and partnership working
Skilled at IT including office packages such as excel, power point and word
Car driver with willingness to work across the county and to travel beyond occasionally for meetings and training
