Bank Support Worker - Enablement
Location: Positions available in Fareham and Havant
Rate of Pay: £13.83 per hour (Mon - Fri) to £17.29 per hour (Sat & Sun)
Mileage paid at 45p for the first 10,000 miles, and then at 25p per mile after 10,000 miles as per HMRC guidelines
Essential Criteria:
The ideal Support Worker will:
Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work, business insurance and be prepared to travel to work across Hampshire when required.
Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays according to the needs of those we work with.
Experience of working with vulnerable people
Understand and promoting independence
Understand the needs of vulnerable people/people with a learning disability
Good communication skills: verbal, non verbal, and written
