As the Senior Administrator for the Talent and Reward Team at The YOU Trust, I play a central role in supporting the organisation’s recruitment and onboarding efforts. My work helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates, reflecting The YOU Trust’s commitment to putting people first.
I oversee and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, from offer letters to pre-employment checks, making sure everything is in place for a seamless transition into the organisation. I also support the advertising of vacancies, working closely with hiring managers to promote roles effectively and reach diverse talent pools.
In addition, I contribute to the charity’s online presence by helping manage recruitment-related social media content, and I represent The YOU Trust at external recruitment events—engaging with potential applicants and promoting our values-led culture. My role combines administration, communication, and people-focused support to help attract and retain passionate individuals who share our mission.
