My role often involves liaising between hiring managers and candidates, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, I may assist with maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, and handling general administrative duties like filing and reporting. I am detail-oriented with a strong organisational style to help keep the process seamless for all new hires.
