​The career progression opportunities within The YOU Trust are amazing, I started here in 2021 as a maternity cover admin and just three years later I've been supported into a management position, pursuing my passions and leading a wonderful team!

​I think The YOU Trust is a good organisation to work for. I want to thank my Manager and Assistant Director for helping me out with some family problems, if it was not for them I don't know where I would be. They're a great team to work for at Surrey Court and we are like a big family with the Ladies and Gentlemen we support.

​I have worked in Young People’s Supported Housing for over 25 years. It is challenging but deeply rewarding and I am proud to be part of YOU, an organisation that lives it values, supports young people with compassion/respect and invests in Staff through great training and development opportunities.

​I found the interview process really productive and helpful in helping me understand how I will really benefit the people I will be helping. The lovely ladies who interviewed me made me feel at ease and they were very calm and welcoming. I have since joined a incredible bunch of ladies who are so welcoming and friendly, who have all helped me to settle in and find my feet. I really look forward to my future within The You Trust.

​I wasn’t looking for the job, but the job found me in the most unique of ways.  As a result, I already felt a strong pull to the organisation before I joined and the interview cemented this sense of belonging and connection which continues to weave through my day to day.
